How To Wear Estate Jewelry - Cuffed Like Charlize Theron

We were very happy to provide jewelry for the feature shoot with Charlize Theron for InStyle Magazine. She looks so pretty on the cover.
And I love the way that the stylist paired this coppery goddess gown

with this Tiffany Cuff bracelet from Beladora.com
Engraved with a date from 1914, it is amazing to think that this vintage Tiffany cuff is almost 100 years old. It is certainly as wearable today as it was in the Art Deco Era.

And then we have Ms. Theron looking long, leggy and lovely in these feature shots in basic black
mixing it up with these bracelets from Beladora.com

I have no special plans for this holiday weekend but I am looking forward to what I hope to be a couple of warm sunny days to relax with a book.
Do you have special plans for this weekend?

Come on now...if there's going to be a New World Order
I want to be in on it, don't you?
And besides, I think that it would be so much fun to have cocktails and chit-chat with the director of the NSA and the co-founder of Facebook.  I bet those guys can par-tay!

Instead of dealing with my buddies in the NWO
I've been busy making sure that the Beladora goods are out there on display

like this vintage watch chain being worn by Peter Facinelli at the MTV movie awards.

Naturally, I don't even know who Peter Facinelli is...
I heard a rumor that he's in some series called Twilight....whatever
But I am really liking how he rocks a 3 piece suit!

Happy Friday!

Red Carpet Jewelry - It's All About Pay To Play

We've all known for years that A-list celebrities borrowed gowns and jewelry to wear on the red carpet.
It's one thing to wear goods on loan,
it's another thing altogether to get paid to show off the swag.

According to Jewelry Insider, golden girl Gwyneth Paltrow, was paid a rumored $500,000
to sport that gorgeous multi-gemstone brooch and earrings set by Louis Vuitton.
I loved the colorful jewelry look with the neutral gown,
but doesn't Mrs. Martin have enough already with all of the Cold Play cash.

And then we have Anne Hathaway who was paid $750,000 to wear Tiffany.

Granted, as co-host she had multiple outfit changes
so lots of jewelry was needed

But really, three quarters of a MILLION dollars, to model the goods for one night!

The next time that you go shopping at Tiffany, keep in mind that you the client are being charged sky high prices so that Anne Hathaway can be paid to wear their jewelry one night of the year.
